Choose what you'd like reminding about, when it's due, and how far in advance we should contact you. We'll send a confirmation first — then leave you alone until the time comes.

Select one or both — we'll set up a separate reminder for each.

Provide at least one. You can give us both if you'd prefer (You need to confirm each contact point individually to prevent us sending them to random people if you make a mistake).

Set this to the date the work actually needs to happen. We'll contact you in advance based on your preference below. We've defaulted this to one year from today as a starting point.

How far before the due date would you like us to get in touch?

Your data is stored securely and used only to send you the reminders you have requested. N4 Gas will contact you to confirm your identity before activating this reminder. On the date(s) specified, we will contact you with your chosen reminder — nothing else. Your data will not be job-linked, sold, or shared with third parties, and will never be used for marketing. If you choose the annual repeat option, your details will be retained and used solely to send your recurring reminder for as long as that repeat service remains active. You may cancel and have your data permanently deleted at any time using the unsubscribe option on this page.

We contact you at your chosen advance notice — then it's up to you. If you chose annual repeat, we'll do this again next year automatically.
Annual Boiler Service

Most boiler manufacturers require annual servicing to keep your warranty valid. A 30-day heads-up gives you plenty of time to book.

Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)

Landlords must renew their CP12 every 12 months by law. The annual repeat option means you'll never have to remember — we'll track it for you.

Your data, your control. We store your details only for the purpose of sending your reminder(s). If you choose annual repeat, your details are kept only for as long as that service is active. You can cancel and have everything deleted at any time — just use the Unsubscribe tab.
