We accept cheques, bank transfers and all the common major credit/debit cards. We can additionally collect cash payments, however we do ask that you let us know in advance so that we can equip our engineer with a receipt pad and let them know how much to collect. For the security of our engineers, we can only accept small sums as cash payment.

We looked into this and came to the conclusion that some of the finance schemes available would actually work out more expensive than borrowing the money on certain credit cards and as such, a market we did not want to entertain. There are lots of good lenders our there and for those that do require finance, we suggest they try looking at the government's "MA" service and of course the infamous Money Saving Expert website.
In most cases we do not require a holding or materials desposit. However for boiler installations or where jobs are likely to incur large costs, especially projects and quoted works, we may request a deposit. This is especially applicable if you have never used us before and have no trading history with us. Deposit terms are laid out in our terms and condtions of sale and service, which are available on request.
We try to be prompt with our paperwork, but during really busy periods we do concentrate our efforts on fixing boilers and as such, winter months can see a delay in us sending out of invoices. We aim to get all invoices out within 2 weeks of job completion and offer 14 day payment terms on most invoices, with negotiable periods possible by prior arrangement.
